About me

My name is Georgi Menchev and I have been making knives since 2010. I started at age of 16 in a small workshop in St. Vlas, Bulgaria, where I live. Since 2019 i am a member of the Bulgarian Craftsmanship Guild.  I am constantly striving to learn more and improve my craft.
